Consumer products and equipment have different sources
CPSC covers consumer products such as tools, furniture, toys and household goods. RecallDash's NHTSA coverage is limited to child restraints, tires and vehicle equipment; complete motor vehicles are excluded. Food and drug feeds also run, where those products are in your catalog.
Connect Square for read-only catalog sync, or use CSV upload where it is available in your dashboard. Monitoring does not change stock quantities, disable a register item or remove a product from sale.
Verify the model and serial details on the item
Product families often share a name across several models. Compare the model number, serial range, production details or tire identifiers that the original notice supplies. Do not assume every item from a brand is included.
CPSC's May 14, 2026 Generac and DR Power pressure-washer recall expansion identifies additional models. The dated notice is a useful example of checking the exact model; it is not a live RecallDash result or evidence about your stock.
Follow the review through to the shelf
The dashboard presents potential matches with supporting evidence and the original notice. Check the product at each relevant location, record your decision and shelf check, and act in the store according to the notice. RecallDash keeps an audit history with CSV and print options.
Catalog checks run daily and when catalog or recall data changes. Consult scan and source status when reviewing results; coverage is bounded by the available agency records and catalog identifiers.
